Nexans today announced that it has been awarded an ‘A’ score by CDP, the non-profit environmental disclosure organization. This significant achievement marks the third year in a row that Nexans has been placed on the highly selective CDP ‘A List’ for climate change and A- on water.

This recognition positions Nexans among the top 2% of companies globally assessed by CDP, underscoring the Group’s deep and consistent commitment to climate action, transparency, and sustainable business practices.

Securing the CDP ‘A’ score for the third consecutive year is a powerful validation of our consistent, long-term ESG strategy and our position as an essential company driving the global energy transition. It acknowledges the outstanding work and unwavering commitment to execution demonstrated by all Nexans teams worldwide. Our ability to maintain this level of performance reflects strong execution, commitment, and collaboration across the entire organization. We are proud to be recognized for the critical role we play as an essential enabler of the energy transition.

The CDP ‘A List’ is based on comprehensive data reported through CDP’s 2025 climate change questionnaire. It assesses companies on the completeness of their disclosure, awareness and management of environmental risks, and their demonstration of best practices associated with environmental leadership, such as setting ambitious and meaningful targets.

This repeated success highlights the strategic importance of ESG principles at the core of Nexans’ business model, reinforcing the Group’s commitment to providing sustainable solutions that connect, power, and protect the world.
