Nexans completes the acquisition of Electro Cables
Nexans today announces the closing of the acquisition of Electro Cables, a Canadian manufacturer of low-voltage cables. The acquisition brings within Nexans group a team of approximately 200 skilled employees and around €125 million in current sales for the last twelve months ending July 2025. Thanks to a strong track record of successful integration, Nexans and Electro Cables will now work together to support customer growth across Canada, while serving fast growing markets such as infrastructure, data centers or critical buildings.
