World record for deepest 525kV MI HVDC subsea cable installation at 3,000 meters

Nexans successfully completes electrical testing and visual inspection of a 525kV MI HVDC cable with joint installed at a world-record depth of 3,000 meters during deep-water sea trial. High-voltage testing performed 30% above typical industry standards, confirming robustness of the cable system. Achievement builds on Nexans’ 2,150-meter installation world record set on the Tyrrhenian Link project in December 2025.

Completion of Dieppe-Le Tréport offshore wind farm

Nexans has officially handed over the 225 kV export cable system for the Dieppe–Le Tréport offshore wind farm to RTE, completing four years of execution. The system is now operational, with Nexans entering the long-term maintenance phase, supporting France’s offshore wind development and energy transition.
