Paris, November 22nd, 2010 - A Nexans group subsidiary in Brazil has been informed of the commencement of proceedings in Brazil involving several cable manufacturers including Nexans, by the local competition authority. This proceeding appears related to the investigations described by Nexans in its press release dated February 12, 2009 and its Registration Document 2009.
