HANNOVER MESSE 2010: Get new technology first
Under the new motto "Efficiency - Innovation - Sustainability", the next HANNOVER MESSE - 19 to 23 April 2010 - will be showcasing innovations, new developments and technologies, alongside new materials from the world of industry. With its clear orientation towards energy, mobility and automation, as well as industrial subcontracting, HANNOVER MESSE will again embrace the salient trends affecting every branch of industry.
The leading trade fair Energy is the world's only trade fair that documents the complete energy mix of the future. The display categories are energy transmission, distribution, conversion and storage, conventional energy generation and supply, renewable energy generation and supply, hydrogen + fuel cells and grid management.

Nexans ensures the reliability and efficiency of power generation through its complete offer of energy and data cables, active ethernet systems, accessories, installation, expertise, training, support and services.
Nexans also fully masters both power transmission and distribution. The former concerns the networks and grids wich transfer high-voltage bulk power, often over long distances. The latter uses medium-voltage cables to deliver power from substations to consumers. Switch systems are the basis for the IP-based communication network (Smart Grid) and open up new business segments for power utilities.
