Updated in 2009, the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct is available in 15 languages.

During the second quarter of 2009, the Business Ethics and Conduct Code was presented to the Management Committees of all of the countries and to all of the Group’s functional departments. This large-scale deployment allowed everyone to understand and subscribe to the code.
Particular effort was focused on raising the commercial and purchasing teams’ awareness in order to ensure its implementation in relationships with customers and suppliers.
The Business Ethics and Conduct Code has been translated into 15 languages, and is accessible on the Group’s intranet and local country intranets. It is explained and presented to each new employee.
