Registration Document 2012

The 2012 Registration document was filed with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (French stock market authorities) on April 3, 2013.

This document includes in particular the full-year financial statements, the Chairman's report required by the French Commercial Code (article L.225-37, paragraph 6) on corporate governance and on internal control and risk management procedures, the auditors' reports and their fees, information about the holding company Nexans, the Nexans Group and the 2013 Annual Shareholder’s Meeting.

Nexans received the Bronze Top Com Award for the quality of its 2012 Annual report

Top Com Corporate Business 2014, the Corporate Business Communications Congress took place on February 6, 2014 in Paris at the Palais Brongniart.
It recompensed the best actions realized during the year and awarded to Nexans the Annual report BronzeTop Com.

The jury has especially appreciated Nexans’ Annual report for its information’s quality and legibility.  The jury has also noted that Nexans was one of the first listed companies to publish its Annual report in the year.
