These declarations are realized according to the PEP ecopassport program developed with other electric and electronic companies based on the ISO 14025 standard. They make it possible for customers to make informed decisions about the environmental impact of various products.

Nexans’ top priority is to guarantee its employees a safe work environment. In mid-2008, the Group launched a large-scale workplace health and safety improvement program. The objective of the program is to divide the workplace accident frequency rate in half by the end of 2010.
